Warm Up: Check in-how are you? Sorry I was gone. What did y'all do?
Goals:
1) To explain and observe the behavior of light as it passes through multiple mediums.
Refraction Continued: Choose your own adventure/puzzle piece
-To return to our refraction rabbit hole, we will first watch a video about how the speed of light (c) changes when it's in different media. Next we will watch another video about how the changing of the speed of light causes changes in the direction of the light's path.
-Lastly, to show me what you know we have a couple of options:
1) In a small group, you ACT OUT how light moves through different media (I will assign your media to you)
2) You create a drawing/poster/image that shows how light moves through different media (again I will assign your media to you)
3) You can make a written response that explains how light moves through different media.
Whichever method you choose, keep in mind that we will present our work to the class.
