Warm Up: On a sticky note, please write your definition of an electromagnet.
Lesson: Today we will continue showing our mastery of electromagnets by creating our own and then testing their strength! Our goal, today, is to describe the relationship between the materials used to construct the electromagnets and the strength of the magnetic fields they produce.
After constructing and testing our electromagnets we will record our data on the Electromagnets Data Sheet. Using the data from the sheet we will complete the Google Classroom assignment, Electromagnets Data Analysis.
*******NOTE: PLEASE RETURN ALL BORROWED RUBE MATERIALS TO TINA. MOSTLY, I WANT THE PULLEYS, HOT WHEELS TRACKS, AND MARBLES BACK!********
Google Classroom: Please complete the assignment Electromagnets Data Analysis by 11:59PM, tonight (4/27/21).
