-What is one surprising or new concept that you learned from the Carbon Cycle article?
Carbon Cycles:
Today we will follow a jigsaw format to discuss and deepen our learning about the Carbon Cycle article.
Round One:
You will form a group with all the other humans in the room who were responsible for the same section of the article (ex: Slow Carbon Cycle readers meet with all the other Slow Carbon Cycle readers). Please compare and contrast your responses to the following sections (the goal being to agree on the MOST CORRECT answer, for each question, as a group):
-Introduction
-Your assigned section
-Studying the Carbon Cycle
Round Two:
You will now meet in a new group that contains a member from each of the assigned reading sections. The goal for the group is to go over EVERY QUESTION/ANSWER so that everyone in the group has the answers to ALL OF THE QUESTIONS.
-Please pick one person to be the presenter for an end of class share out!
